WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

In order to keep the prices as low as possible, we sell our À la carte frames in sets.   Sizes larger than 508x508mm in sets of twos and sizes 407x508mm and under in sets of threes.  We value your order, so if you are interested in only buying single frames, please do not hesitate to place your order with our sister company Spaces Framing Studio and we will send you a quotation for your approval.

 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please use product codes provided next to the prices as well as the finish required.  A link to our email address is with each product to email your order or alternatively compile your own and send it to orders@spacesframing.com. We will send your invoice along with our banking details and will start manufacturing as soon as we receive the payment (7 - 10 working days).

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

All prices shown on this website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and payment should be done via EFT.  The banking details will by e-mailed to you as soon as we receive the order.  Each frame is handcrafted to perfection when payment has been received.

 

 

HOW DOES YOUR PACKAGING & SHIPPING WORK?

Due to variants in size and weight, each order's shipping costs is calculated individually and is not included in the above prices.  For Cape Town and certain surrounding areas we do offer a hand delivery service.  Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this service. 

 

Alternatively we are busy collaborating to set up collection points.  To be announced.  All other areas will be packaged and sent via Courier Services.

 

 

​DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Each of our frames are handcrafted with the utmost care and packaged with premium handling to ensure that they make it beautifully and safely into you and your clients’ hands.  Rarely, due to the handmade nature of our products or mishaps within the shipping process can cause your frames to arrive damaged or with slight imperfections.  Please make sure to immediately inspect your package upon arrival.  

 

If product damage or imperfection is found or suspected, please follow these steps:

 

1. Save all packing materials - inner and outer boxes and everything inside.

2. Take pictures of the damaged product and outer packaging box and

3. Notify us within three (3) business days of delivery.

 

We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
