The gift of memories

I absolutely adore old black and white photographs. As you get a little bit older you just seem to appreciate those things more. Looking through old family albums and seeing my mom in her bikini on the beach while on their honeymoon, just brings so much nostalgia. I remembered that my Dad had an old photograph of him on a Vespa, which I knew would make the perfect Father’s Day gift, memories.

The photograph was still firmly attached to the album, and didn’t want to take it out, risking that it might tear. So, what better way to do it than to copy it with your phone’s camera. I simply lined the edges up with the edges of the screen. Made sure there was no glare on the actual photograph and took a couple shots. From there I choose the best one, cropped it and et voilà, it was ready for printing!

It’s super easy and fun and highly recommend it. So, if you want to take a try, simply upload your photographs to me, choose a size to print and frame style you love, and I will do the rest.
